Question. How long does delivery take ?

Answer. The items will take approximately 1-3 business days to process and post after payment has been made. Depending on location and Australia Post, generally within 2-6 business days with standard post from the day that the item is posted.

Question. Will there be any tracking numbers ?

Answer. Yes, a tracking number will be supplied once the item has been sent.

Question. Do you sell on other platforms ?

Answer. The only other platform we sell on other than our own website is eBay. We do NOT sell on Catch and MyDeal or any other platforms.

Question. Do you post overseas ?

Answer. Unfortunately we do not. Entertainment King only deliver within Australia.

 

Question. What is the terms for refunds ?

Answer. Items will be checked upon return and refunds will only be accepted on faulty items only. No returns are accepted after 30 Days from date of invoice. 

 

Question. Are all items brand new ?

Answer. Yes. All items are brand new. Most video games are sealed but some may not be depending how they arrive from the supplier. For those that are not sealed will have a Entertainment King seal on them.
