1. All items are checked thoroughly on arrival and prior to dispatch.

2. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from receipt of goods. If a refund is required it will be made back into the account the buyer used via Paypal once the item has been returned. Postage for any returns are at the buyers expense.

3. Returns/exchanges will be accepted on faulty items only. For any exchanges required the exchanged item will be shipped as soon as possible at the expense of Entertainment King. If a refund is required it will be made back into the account the buyer used via Paypal once the item has been returned. Postage for any returns are at the buyers expense.

4. Entertainment King are not responsible for any loss of item in transit for all items that are sent via standard post. Registered and Express Post is available if you wish to safeguard your delivery for an additional charge which is highly recommended.

5. We reserve the right to make any changes to our site, policies and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

6. By submitting orders and pre-orders on this site you are entering a contract to purchase and are committed to pay for the items. Orders cannot be cancelled unless agreed by Entertainment King.

7. Orders will be packaged and sent out 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. By an off chance if there is any delays Entertainment King will make contact with the customer advising them of delays. Refunds will be an option if the customer is not happy with the delay.
